Classes in Hip Hop
The teaching takes place in Building 208 Pladsen.
The class is open levels and happens on Thursdays 17.15-18.45
You are expected to have danced a little bit before, but you don't necessary need a lot of experience as you will learn all the steps during the class. If you have only danced in your room, this also counts!
The classes:
The classes start with a warm up, followed by some floor work and a routine where you can have some fun and express yourself!
You can expect a broad mix of hip hop styles from old school, new school, breakdance and the like.
The classes are taught by Annika Spanggaard. She has been a professional dancer and teacher in Switzerland, France, England and Denmark over the past 20 years. She has starred in theater and dance shows such as in Tivoli, various dance videos internationally, and toured with a french contemporary dance company, as well as 2 other french dance groups. She has also worked as the choreographer of musicals for young talents. Besides her dance career, Annika has a master's degree in sports physiotherapy, and works as a neuro-trainer to optimise sports performance for athletes - which she has also used on dancers.
