Classes in Zumba fitness
- Open level: Mondays 17:15-18:45
Zumba is cardio fitness – dance party. Latino steps (salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, merengue) with disco, belly dance steps combined into choreographies to catchy songs will give you fun and full body work out together with hundreds calories burned. Squats and lunges are also included.
Zumba is a colombian dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez during the 1990s.
